The Epiphone Company - The Epiphone Company was a musical instrument manufacturer founded in 1873 by Anastasios Stathopoulos. In 1957, Epiphone was bought by Chicago Music Company, who also owned the Gibson Guitar Corporation. Originally known for their production of Archtop and Hollow-Body guitars, Epiphone became famous with the Casino, which was used extensively by The Beatles.
Today Epiphone is best known as a less expensive option for Gibson model guitars, including the legendary Les Paul, SG, and Explorer models. Epiphone still has their own unique models, including the Emperor, Zephyr, Riviera and Sheraton as well as the higher end Elitist Series and Masterbilt Acoustics.
Mojo Music Discount is Whatcom County’s exclusive Epiphone dealer, and they're not available online. Visit us at 2626 Meridian and play one of these great guitars today!
